This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”, “Users”) and GGE LLC (“us”, “we”, “our”), owner and operator of PrivateService.Jobs℠ (the “Service”). These Terms apply to all visitors, Users and others who wish to access or use the Service, located at www.PrivateService.Jobs, as well as any associated sites. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service. We may revise these Terms at any point by posting updates to this page.
By using or registering with PrivateService.Jobs or any portions thereof, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as we may publish from time to time.
1.) General Overview Summary for Job Seekers and Employers
All Users of the site must abide by a high standard of professional and acceptable behavior, including — but not limited to — compliance with any and all applicable local, state, and federal employment and discrimination laws.
Job seekers are able to view job listings and other content from secure areas, solely for personal, individual, and non-commercial use, and agree not to share, sell, distribute or disclose any content on PrivateService.Jobs for commercial benefit on other sites, including to, selling such listings to any third parties.
Employers that are interested in using PrivateService.Jobs are approved at our sole and absolute discretion.
When employers post jobs or contact job seekers, they must be hiring for current full-time, part-time, or temporary jobs. Commission-only jobs are not permitted to be posted on PrivateService.Jobs.
Employers must be legitimate, clearly presented, and in good standing. Any employer that does not satisfy our guidelines, particularly if there is questionable or scam-related behavior, will not be permitted and/or can have their access revoked.
Employers are explicitly prohibited from soliciting potentially invasive personal or financial information from job seekers in the resume database as part of the job application/advertisement process, such as social security, credit card, or bank account numbers.
Business opportunities, or any job requiring an investment to get started, are not permitted on PrivateService.Jobs.
We reserve the right to discontinue any account that violates (either overtly or even just the intentions of) our policies or Terms, misuse our service in any way, and/or are not in keeping with the mission of our service — solely at our discretion.
All job listings posted by employers will be reviewed to ensure it meets our quality and relevancy criteria, and we reserve the right to edit or reject job postings at our sole discretion. Additionally, PrivateService.Jobs is used by job seekers to post resumes (and related application materials) and to apply to jobs. PrivateService.Jobs is not to be considered an employer, a recruiter, a staffing agency, or similar with respect to the use of our site. Accordingly, we shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made by any entity posting jobs on our site. While we take extensive efforts to screen and censor the listings offered in the interest of preventing scams, abuse, and/or illegal activity, we are not responsible for the actual interactions or negotiations between potential employers and job seekers, nor for confirming or controlling the quality, accuracy, or legality of information provided by Users on the site.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to visit or use PrivateService.Jobs in any manner. By visiting PrivateService.Jobs or accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to us that you will use PrivateService.Jobs in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
3.) Rules for use of PrivateService.Jobs
During the term of this Agreement, you shall not use PrivateService.Jobs to do any of the following: (a) upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer; (b) upload files that contain software or other material that violates the intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity of any third party; (c) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity) of others, including but not limited to our staff and other Users; (d) post a review or rating unless such review or rating contains your independent, honest, genuine opinion; (e) use PrivateService.Jobs for any purpose or in any manner that is in violation of local, state, national, or international law; (f) publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any profane, defamatory, false, misleading, fraudulent, threatening or unlawful topics, names, materials or information, or any materials, information or content that involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; (g) advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose or solicit employment which is not relevant to services offered through PrivateService.Jobs; (h) use PrivateService.Jobs to collect usernames and/or email addresses of Users by electronic or other means without our express prior written consent; (i) conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters; (j) impersonate another person or allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments or otherwise use your account; (k) post the same note repeatedly (referred to as ‘spamming’). Spamming is strictly prohibited; (l) download any file posted by another User that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed through PrivateService.Jobs, or post or upload any content to which you have not obtained any necessary rights or permissions to use accordingly; (m) restrict or inhibit any other User from using and enjoying PrivateService.Jobs; (n) imply or state that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent; (o) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, modify, adapt, license, sublicense, alter, copy, distribute, hack or interfere with PrivateService.Jobs, its servers or any connected networks, use a robot, spider, manual and/or automatic processes or devices to data-mine, data-crawl, scrape or index PrivateService.Jobs in any manner, or attempt to do any of the foregoing; (p) remove or alter, visually or otherwise, any copyrights, trademarks or proprietary marks and rights owned by us; (q) upload content that is offensive and/or harmful, including, but not limited to, content that advocates, endorses, condones or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group of individuals; (r) upload content that provides materials or access to materials that are obscene, adult or sexual or that exploit anyone, and in particular people under the age of 18, in an abusive, violent or sexual manner; (s) register to use PrivateService.Jobs under different usernames or identities, after your account has been suspended or terminated; or (t) mirror or archive any part of PrivateService.Jobs or any content or material contained on PrivateService.Jobs without our written permission.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
5.) Use of PrivateService.Jobs Content
We authorize you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from PrivateService.Jobs solely for your personal use. The contents of PrivateService.Jobs, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other PrivateService.Jobs content, are protected under both United States and foreign service mark and other laws. You agree not to sell or modify the PrivateService.Jobs Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the PrivateService.Jobs Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of PrivateService.Jobs, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits PrivateService.Jobs or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of PrivateService.Jobs, or that otherwise infringes the intellectual property rights of PrivateService.Jobs. You further agree to in no other way misuse PrivateService.Jobs Content that appears on this Site. The use of the PrivateService.Jobs Content on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code that PrivateService.Jobs creates to generate or display any PrivateService.Jobs Content or the pages making up any PrivateService.Jobs Site is also protected by the service mark of PrivateService.Jobs and you may not copy or adapt such code.
6.) PrivateService.Jobs Site Restrictions
Any employer may register with PrivateService.Jobs, however, we will only activate an account for those who we deem a good match for PrivateService.Jobs (such as must be a legitimate employer, recruiter, or agency hiring for high-quality jobs which align well with the interests of our talent pool). The decision to approve an employer’s registration is made at our sole discretion.
Users may not use PrivateService.Jobs in order to transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation, PrivateService.Jobs Content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any PrivateService.Jobs Site, including without limitation, the following activities: (a) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any PrivateService.Jobs Site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”; or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. PrivateService.Jobs will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
7.) Specific Prohibited Uses
The resume database (“PrivateService.Jobs Resume Database”) and other features of PrivateService.Jobs may be used only for lawful purposes by employers seeking job seekers. PrivateService.Jobs Profiles may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals to network for professional purposes with other individuals.
PrivateService.Jobs specifically prohibits any other use of PrivateService.Jobs, and all Users agree not to do any of the following: (a) post jobs or content on any PrivateService.Jobs Site that contains hyperlinks, “hidden” keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading; (b) post jobs for modeling or talent or talent scouting positions on any PrivateService.Jobs Site; (c) use any PrivateService.Jobs Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking job seekers, (d) post or submit to PrivateService.Jobs any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own; (e) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a User of PrivateService.Jobs; (f) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity; (g) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any PrivateService.Jobs Site’s infrastructure; or (h) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the PrivateService.Jobs Content or information available from PrivateService.Jobs, without express written consent from PrivateService.Jobs.
8.) Registration Information
PrivateService.Jobs reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by PrivateService.Jobs or by third parties.
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your PrivateService.Jobs Account, and that if you cancel your PrivateService.Jobs Account, all your account information from PrivateService.Jobs will be marked as deleted in our database and will be removed from any public area of the PrivateService.Jobs site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through our web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.
9.) Automatically Recurring Premium Subscription
PrivateService.Jobs is a subscription-based online service. When you submit your billing information, your Premium Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each week, month, or year (per your chosen plan) at which time you will be billed for a continued Premium Subscription. A valid credit or debit card is required to process payment for your Premium Subscription. You shall provide PrivateService.Jobs with accurate and complete billing information and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize PrivateService.Jobs to charge all Premium Subscription fees incurred through your account to your credit or debit card on file. You are solely responsible for and in control of canceling your account when you would like to no longer use PrivateService.Jobs. To prevent future charges, cancel your Premium Subscription before the next renewal date. No pro-rated credit will be given for partial use of your Premium Subscription. All fees paid to GGE LLC for products and services are final and non-refundable. Note, cancelling your subscription instantly terminates your account and site access.
10.) Fee Changes
We, at our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Premium Subscription fees for PrivateService.Jobs. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
PrivateService.Jobs will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Premium Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of PrivateService.Jobs after the Premium Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.
11.) User Content and Submissions
You are solely responsible for your PrivateService.Jobs Account information, employer account information or job postings, Profile, content, messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations or other information (“User Content”) that you post on PrivateService.Jobs or transmit to other Users. You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using any PrivateService.Jobs Site that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to PrivateService.Jobs that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms.
PrivateService.Jobs acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content and has no obligation to screen User Content, communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However, PrivateService.Jobs may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of PrivateService.Jobs. PrivateService.Jobs reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to PrivateService.Jobs and/or use of PrivateService.Jobs services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. PrivateService.Jobs may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for PrivateService.Jobs, damage the brand or public image of PrivateService.Jobs, or cause PrivateService.Jobs to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.
PrivateService.Jobs does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.
If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, PrivateService.Jobs may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. PrivateService.Jobs has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
We appreciate hearing from our Users and the general public and welcome your comments regarding your experience with our site. Please be advised that by submitting any comments, feedback, testimonials, or success stories you are granting PrivateService.Jobs permission to use your comments, feedback, testimonials, or success stories (collectively the “Feedback”) for marketing purposes, unless during the original submission you explicitly state that you do not grant that permission. PrivateService.Jobs shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person. Additionally, please be advised that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our services, please be specific in your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If you send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the “Submission”), the Submission shall be the property of GGE LLC. None of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. GGE LLC shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person.
12.) Username and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, profile, and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be responsible for all uses of your PrivateService.Jobs registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify PrivateService.Jobs of any unauthorized use of your account, profile, or passwords.
13.) Special Promotions
We may, from time to time, provide certain promotional opportunities. All promotions will be run at our sole discretion and can be activated, modified, or removed at any time by us without advance notification.
14.) Mobile Devices
We allow you to access our Services on your mobile device (collectively “Mobile Features”). Your mobile device carrier may prohibit or restrict certain Mobile Features and certain Mobile Features may be incompatible with your mobile device carrier or mobile device. In addition, your mobile device carrier may charge you for standard messaging, data, and other fees to participate in Mobile Features. We have no responsibility or liability for any fees or charges you incur when using the Mobile Features. You should check with your mobile device carrier to find out whether any fees or charges will apply, what plans are available and how much they cost. You should also contact your mobile device carrier with any other questions regarding these issues.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your Premium Subscription, you can do so by visiting My Account within your Dashboard. Employers must email their cancellation request to support@PrivateService.Jobs. Once canceled, all related information will be removed from our site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating through our web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.
We may terminate or suspend your Premium Subscription or employer account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
17.) Termination of Users Who Repeatedly Infringe the Copyright and/or Intellectual Property Rights of Others
PrivateService.Jobs and all of its affiliated companies respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users and content partners to do the same. The unauthorized posting, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes an infringement of the copyright owner’s rights. As a condition to your use of PrivateService.Jobs, you agree not to use PrivateService.Jobs to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We will terminate the accounts of any PrivateService.Jobs Users, and block access to PrivateService.Jobs of any Users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the User who is terminated or to the User whose access is blocked.
18.) Liability for PrivateService.Jobs
All job listings posted by employers will be reviewed to ensure it meets our quality and relevancy criteria, and we reserve the right to reject job postings using our sole discretion. Additionally, PrivateService.Jobs is used by job seekers to post resume profiles (and related application materials) and to apply to jobs. PrivateService.Jobs is not to be considered an employer, a recruiter, a staffing agency, or similar with respect to the use of our site. Accordingly, PrivateService.Jobs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made by any entity posting jobs on our site. While we take extensive efforts to screen and censor the listings offered in the interest of preventing scams, abuse, and/or illegal activity, we are not responsible for the actual interactions or negotiations between potential employers and job seekers, nor for confirming or controlling the quality, accuracy, or legality of information provided by Users on the site.
PrivateService.Jobs may take any action with respect to Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for PrivateService.Jobs, damage the brand or public image of PrivateService.Jobs, or cause PrivateService.Jobs to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. While PrivateService.Jobs reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from PrivateService.Jobs from time to time, PrivateService.Jobs does not assume any obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, PrivateService.Jobs cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on PrivateService.Jobs, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
PrivateService.Jobs may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. PrivateService.Jobs makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any PrivateService.Jobs Content. The use of all PrivateService.Jobs Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to PrivateService.Jobs and may be made at any time. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on PrivateService.Jobs. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on PrivateService.Jobs. PrivateService.Jobs is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of PrivateService.Jobs and PrivateService.Jobs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any PrivateService.Jobs Site.
We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from the use of PrivateService.Jobs. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from PrivateService.Jobs shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
19.) Disclaimer of Warranty
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF ANY PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS SITE IS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS CONTENT, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS.
20.) Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON ANY PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS SITE AND THE PRIVATESERVICE.JOBS CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
21.) Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
You, your companies, and/or your employees/colleagues hereby release, agree and covenant not to sue GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates, from or in connection with any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with the products or services we provide, or your use of PrivateService.Jobs.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
23.) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
24.) Links to Other Sites

You understand and agree that we’re only acting as a conduit and that we have no liability related to the third-party, whether arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy or obscenity. PrivateService.Jobs is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If you decide to access linked third-party Web sites, you do so at your risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) Content posted on the Service.
26.) Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of PrivateService.Jobs at any level, and following your termination of our Service, in perpetuity. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from PrivateService.Jobs and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access PrivateService.Jobs and the other PrivateService.Jobs Sites and/or any other services provided to you by us, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to PrivateService.Jobs or pursuant to other PrivateService.Jobs Site registration. Even after you are no longer a User of PrivateService.Jobs, certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
27.) Changes to PrivateService.Jobs
We reserve the right to review, improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, PrivateService.Jobs or any content or information on PrivateService.Jobs with or without notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to any party for any modification or discontinuance of our Service. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
28.) Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the Terms of this Agreement at any time, effective with or without prior notice. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you must terminate, and immediately stop using PrivateService.Jobs. Your continued use of PrivateService.Jobs following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you, your companies, your employees/colleagues, and GGE LLC, its owners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, partners, suppliers, licensee and licensors, agents, and affiliates, and is accepted by you upon your use of PrivateService.Jobs.
By checking the “I agree” box when signing up or registering on PrivateService.Jobs, you represent that you are capable of entering into a legal agreement and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
